Shipping

All browluxe® product orders are shipped with Canada Post.

Due to many delays and lost orders experienced through the last year, we have done a lot of research and come up with what we feel is a fantastic option for our customers.

All orders made from browluxe.ca are now Tracked for a flat rate of only $8.00. This includes express post shipping times, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing exactly where your order is at all times.

While we wish we could cover the entire cost of shipping at this level for our dedicated customers, as a small brand that is something that we are unable to take on completely. For this reason, we vow to cover any amount over the $8.00. We chose this route so that we weren't having to increase the price of our pencil to "hide" the shipping cost in the price of the product as many other brands do.

Please note that all orders over $50 (that's only 3 pencils) qualify for FREE SHIPPING. 

All orders are able to be shipped Xpresspost™ or Priority™ with Canada Post at an increased rate if desired. Find shipping options at the browluxe® checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for defective products only ordered from browluxe.ca directly. All products purchased from one of our stockists must be returned directly to them and follow their return and exchange policy.

To initiate an online return, simply email us at hello@browluxe.ca with a photo of your defective product and we will take it from there!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunded amounts may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

In cases where exchanges are approved by our browluxe® Customer Service team, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunded amount.

If you are shipping an order over $75 CAD in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items as you are shipping with a third party.

Exchanges

For sanitary reasons, shade exchanges are accepted up to 10 days after original purchase date for unopened, unused products only; this means that the safety seal cannot be broken on the box.

To initiate an exchange, simply email us at hello@browluxe.ca with an explanation of what shade you were hoping to exchange with and we will take it from there!

In cases where exchanges are approved by our browluxe® Customer Service team, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your original order and shipping out your replacement order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
