Shipping, Returns + Exchanges

SHIPPING

All browluxe® product orders are shipped with Canada Post. Orders of 1-4 units of the Precision Brow Pencil are eligible for $2 Canada-wide shipping - standard ground (no tracking), for a limited time. Average shipping times are 1-7 business days during the year and 1-11+ business days as of December 1st – January 31st (holidays).

All orders are able to be shipped Xpresspost™ or Priority™ with Canada Post at an increased rate if desired. Find shipping options at the browluxe® checkout.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after original purchase date for defective products only ordered from browluxe.ca directly. All products purchased from one of our stockists must be returned directly to them and follow their return and exchange policy.

To initiate an online return, simply email us at hello@browluxe.ca with a photo of your defective product and we will take it from there!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunded amounts may take up to 5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

In cases where exchanges are approved by our browluxe® Customer Service team, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunded amount.

If you are shipping an order over $75 CAD in value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items as you are shipping with a third party.

EXCHANGES

Shade exchanges are accepted up to 10 days after original purchase date for unopened, unused products only.

To initiate an exchange, simply email us at hello@browluxe.ca with an explanation of what shade you were hoping to exchange with and we will take it from there!

In cases where exchanges are approved by our browluxe® Customer Service team, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your original order and shipping out your replacement order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
